Senior Marketer

【Job Profile】

The Senior Downstream Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive commercial success for the company products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the market strategy and positioning of our products to drive revenue growth and market share.

【Job Responsibilities】

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth for our products.
• Collaborate with Upstream Marketing, Product Management, and Commercial teams to develop compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning for our products.
• Lead the development of marketing materials, including sales tools, brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support business development efforts.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales trends, market share, and customer feedback, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and advocacy groups to build brand awareness and drive thought leadership in the healthcare industry.
• Manage marketing budget allocation and ensure optimal resource utilization to achieve marketing objectives.
• Stay informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.

【Job Requirement】

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in downstream marketing or product management within the healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
