Job Profile

The position responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Sales team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities by coordinating logistics, managing sales database and worksheets,and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Job Responsibilities

·        Assist the Sales team with the preparation and processing of sales document and worksheets, include but not limited to quotation, sales order, contracts, tender, filing, sales report, etc.

·        Support sales with database and case monitoring

·        Support sales personnel by handling internal administrative tasks within the company, ex. Travel arrangement, meeting arrangement etc.

·        Being Sales team’s contact window and support commercial team

·        Update and maintain departmental SOP documentation.

·        Establish and maintain customer and pricing database.

·        Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring the Sales team has the necessary tools to perform their duties efficiently.

·        Support Marketing activity

·        Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by General Manager

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency  in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Words, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to work independently and good analytical skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in  English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
