Senior Accountant

Job Profile

The position responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records, financial reports, tax return filing and refining compliance with local internal and external regulations.

Job Responsibilities

Accounting & Tax

·        Cooperate with Thailand local outsourced bookkeeper to ensure the monthly/yearly B/S, P&L, GL and tax return filing is correct and complete.

·        Communicate and handle accounting / tax related issue with external counterparts, ex: auditors firm accounting firm or others

·        Ensure timely and accurate processing with respect to accounting activities.

·        Lead the Finance/Accounting related internal process to ensure efficient flow and compliance in the company and follow

Finance

·        Assist in the yearly preparation of budgets.

·        Compile required management report.

·        Proceed basic bank operation and reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis.

·        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Other ad-hoc assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualification

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and /or Finance.

·       At least 3-5 years of experience as in-house accounting role, internal auditor role or accounting Firm(preferred big 4), with experience of monthly closing and prepare B/S, P&L.

·       Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards,tax rules and other regulatory requirements.

·       Proficient in both English and Thai languages.

·       Ability to work independently and goodcommunication skills.

·       Good coordinator as internal and external role.

·       Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

·       Results-oriented and high sense of accountability.
